I've not been blogging recently because I've been busy with Commencement. So much has happened, both good and bad, happy and sad. It's been an intense couple of days... I've also been thinking about love and its many forms. No, I've not unlocked it's mysteries, if anything I'm even more confused than before.

Anyway, to change the subject completely, last Wednesday I saw Comrade Mayor with Yanshan, Tjin-Kai, Keemin and Huan Jie. CM was a complete joy to watch, unlike most original Singaporean productions which are usually tedious and self-indulgent. It calls itself a 'modern political fairytale' but the show is not very political, or at least it does not make any political statements/stand. It is actually pretty funny and entertaining. There were cringe-worth moments when the play descended into student theatre shenanigans, but overall it was a slick production. The show ends on 22nd September, go and watch it if you can.
